Lovers of the arcane, futuristic, and local will want to join us for a reading by Chicago authors of their latest work in Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror. Hosted by Hugo and Nebula award-nominated writer William Shunn, the reading starts at 6:30 p.m. on February 28th at Open Books Bookstore.
This is the first of our quarterly events we’re hosting at Open Books. Whether you’re a writer, a reader, or both, you’ll enjoy these stories that imagine what was, what could have been, and what might be. We’ve got an eclectic bunch of authors coming to read, so expect the goofy, scary, and intellectually stimulating!
