Cancellation Policy

For Conference Attendees:

If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, rather than cancel, please contact us. There is no fee to transfer your registration. Please provide the name, email, and phone number of the person who will take your place.

Requests for refunds of Conference Fees must be submitted in writing via snail mail to:

Requests must be received by September 1, 2015, and a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. After September 1, 2015, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or sent within six weeks after they are received.

Note that only conference fees are refundable; there are no refunds for pitchfest or add-on workshops.

There will be no refunds issued after September 1, 2015 for any reason. We are not able to provide refunds for no-shows or cancellation due to illness, travel, work or family issues, inclement weather, emergent situations, or any other reason outside our control.

CWC reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without notice. There is an additional $50 handling fee for returned checks.
